LITHUANIA

Kazlų Rūda Municipality Cultural Centre

Kazlų Rūda municipality cultural centre was established in a small region in a West of the middle of Lithuania between Kaunas and Marijampolė, a key local institution in the southwestern Lithuanian region, known for organizing various events, fostering local traditions and participating in cultural projects, often collaborating across borders for business and cultural exchange, though specific event listings.

True, authentic, with a long history of its own as an ensemble, genuine and growing together. Highly professional, stylized and authentic Lithuanian folk art – songs, dancing, instrumental music, unique national instruments, colourful costumes and true spirit of Lithuania!

The cultural centre is lead by Mr.Valdas Andriuškevičius has a long history of uniting hundreds of dancers to represent a cultural heritage of Lithuanian folk songs dances and music. The centre took part in many interantional folk music festivals in Europe: Germany, Poland, Czech respublic and others.

CHINA

Guanzhou Talent Choir

Founded in December 2020 with the strong support of leaders from all walks of life and the Guangzhou International Exchange and Cooperation Center, "Guangdong Overseas Returnee and Talent Chorus" is directed by Dr. Vakulishyna Victoria and conducted by Wei Zhong..

Chorus consists of a group of overseas returnees and talents from all walks of life who love choral art. The main purpose of the chorus is to build a bridge for cultural exchange, entertainment, and integration among all walks of life, add new cultural momentum, and serve the spiritual civilization of a harmonious society.

Since its establishment, the chorus has made a breakthrough in activities such as "Guangdong Hundred Songs to Sing China" during the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, the "Guangdong Longjiang Chinese Culture Festival Chorus Competition" and the "Guangdong Fifth Acapella Chorus Competition”, “Macau Cantata International Competition” and has won many awards.

REUNION

Heritaz Maloya

The group comes from south of Reunion Island, is a dynamic, seven-member musical group from Réunion Island more precisely from and is composed of seven musicians, all aged between 18 and 32 years.

The group is dedicated to preserving and evolving Maloya, the island's culturally rich, ancestral music rooted in the history of slavery, blending African, Malagasy, and European influences. Known for their passionate percussion, vibrant rhythms, and commitment to cultural transmission.

Heritaz Maloya honors tradition while incorporating modern sounds, serving as a "releve" (next generation) in carrying the torch for their ancestors and Réunionese identity. Over 10 years, Heritaz is bringing new approaches to their music and revealing rhythms with very mixed colors. It is a transmission of passion and tradition to future generations. HERITAZ MALOYA remains in the tradition and shares with its public its love for the Maloya of the ancestors. .

ARMENIA

Hakobyan

The dance ensemble is a prominent Armenian folk dance group currently headed by Ms.Ruzanna Sargsyan. The group motive is to preserve the armenian traditional dance forms which are Powerful, rhythmic, with dynamic movements, often described as grounded and spirited.

The group performs vibrant, historical dances like the UNESCO-recognized Kochari, a resilient circle dance symbolizing unity and strength, often featuring synchronized, powerful steps mimicking rams, and Yarkhushta, a unique warrior's clap dance of "comrades-in-arms". The group showcases regional styles with colorful, intricate costumes, bridging centuries of tradition, military history, and community spirit through energetic movements, often incorporating elements of Caucasian acrobatics and ballet.

The group has toured internationally to many countries, including the USA, France, Spain, and Germany, and has won numerous prizes and grand prix awards.

POLAND

Kurpianka

Kurpianka was formed in 1947 in the village of Kadzidlo. The group’s main goal has been to preserve the authenticity of traditional folklore of the Kurpie region and relay it through dance, music and rite, currently consists of 60 artists lead by Mr. Paweł Laszczych. The performances combine traditional songs, folk music and dialogue. The shows are characterized by dynamic and energetic dance routines with original costumes.

Performed on stages all over Poland. The group was applauded nearly about 15 international festivals. The Group was one of the first ensembles that got the Prestigious Prize of Oskar Kolberger. It also received many other high national prizes from Ministry of Culture and a Medal from Marshall of Mazowieckie Province Mazovia”.

The group’s repertoire includes traditional dances such as “powolniak”, “fafur”, “olender”, “stara baba”, “okraglak”, “zuraw”, “konik”, “gracyki” etc., as well as slow songs with vigorous stamping.
