Welcome to International Ethnic Folklore Festivals (IEFF), a global platform for international folk dance, music, cultural and folklore festivals. IEFF connects performing artists and cultural groups with festivals and cultural organizations across India, Vietnam, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Sri Lanka, Mexico and Nepal, promoting cultural exchange, friendship and the preservation of traditional performing arts.
Driti Council of Performing Arts, New Delhi - INDIA is a non-profit cultural organization dedicated to the preservation, promotion, and global presentation of India’s rich and diverse folklore traditions and is a member of the European Association of Folklore Festivals.
We began our journey in 2015 in Delhi-India, with our first international festival, and by 2026 have successfully completed 10 editions.
In 2026, we proudly expand IEFF Festivals to Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Sri Lanka, Mexico and Nepal, opening new cultural bridges and global performance opportunities.
